Terms and conditions Dashpop / Flowpatrol UG (haftungsbeschränkt) / Version 2026-09-17 These terms govern Dashpop accounts and services supplied by Flowpatrol UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Please save or print a copy before accepting them. Version: 17 September 2026. 1. Your agreement with us Dashpop is operated by Flowpatrol UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenberger Str. 38, 06712 Schnaudertal, Deutschland. Contact: contact@dashpop.com. Our full registration details are in the Imprint. These terms apply when you expressly accept them for an account or order; simply browsing our public website does not place an order. Account holders must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account and billing details, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You may correct your entries before submitting an order. The contract language is English; mandatory local information and rights remain applicable. 2. What Dashpop provides Dashpop offers tools to create, edit, preview and play games, including AI-assisted work and optional third-party integrations. The features, limits and availability shown for your selected plan at the time of ordering form part of your contract. Some features are in early access. Public demos are examples, not promises of results that AI will produce. AI output can be inaccurate, insecure, unsuitable or similar to someone else’s output. Review and test games, code and assets before distributing or relying on them. We do not promise a specific commercial result, app-store approval or exclusive copyright in AI output. These limitations do not remove our obligations to supply a conforming service or your statutory remedies for defects. You need an internet connection, a supported current browser and a suitable device. Local authoring and exports may require additional software and provider accounts described with the feature. Provider charges under your own accounts are separate from Dashpop charges. 3. Your projects and our platform You retain your rights in material you submit. To the extent we hold transferable rights in output created for you, we grant those rights to you upon payment of the applicable charges. This does not transfer our platform, pre-existing templates or third-party material. Their stated licences continue to apply. You may use your projects commercially subject to those licences and applicable law. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and transmit your submissions and outputs only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, fulfil your instructions and comply with law. Publishing or sharing a project authorises the distribution needed for that choice. It does not give us a general right to use private projects in advertising. Keep independent copies of important work. Only submit material you are entitled to use. Before publishing a game, you are responsible for its content, licences, age ratings, player notices and any player-data processing. Do not upload special-category personal data, payment-card details, passwords or other people’s confidential information into prompts or assets. Business processing of personal data on your behalf requires an agreed data-processing agreement before upload; contact us first. 4. Acceptable use and reports Do not use Dashpop for unlawful or infringing content, fraud, harassment, child exploitation, malicious software, unauthorised access, or interference with others’ services. Do not evade access controls or billing limits. Legal rights to interoperability, security research and other mandatory exceptions are unaffected. Report unlawful content or infringement to contact@dashpop.com. Include its precise URL or project identifier, an explanation and supporting evidence, your contact details, and a statement that you believe your report is accurate and complete. Avoid sending unnecessary personal data. We review reports, may request clarification and take proportionate action. You can contest a restriction by replying to its notice or contacting us. We give reasons where legally permitted. 5. Prices, subscriptions and credits Review the plan, currency, billing interval, included credits, taxes and total price before paying. A paid order is placed through the clearly labelled payment button at checkout and accepted through our order confirmation. We provide transaction information through the billing service. Contact us if confirmation or an invoice is missing. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. You can manage renewal in Account → Billing, use the public Cancel contract page without signing in, or send a cancellation declaration to contact@dashpop.com. Statutory withdrawal, termination and refund rights are unaffected. Credits are a service allowance, not money or an investment. Credits included with a subscription roll over while that subscription remains active and expire two months after they are granted. Credits you buy separately expire twelve months after purchase. Where a balance holds credits with different deadlines, we use those closest to expiry first. Hosted creation requires an active subscription. Each AI call reserves its maximum approved cost before it starts and is then charged for the usage it actually records; the amount recorded for every operation, and the expiry date of every credit grant, are shown in your account. Work may consume credits even if a task is interrupted or does not achieve your desired result. Disputed or incorrect charges can be reviewed by contacting us. Mandatory refund and defect rights always apply. Automatic refills are optional and disabled until you enable them. Their threshold, pack price and monthly cap are displayed before authorisation. The refill cap excludes subscriptions, manual purchases and applicable tax. You can disable future refills in Account; a payment already submitted may still complete. Saving a card alone does not enable refills. We do not change the price of a confirmed order retrospectively. Material changes to ongoing contract terms or subscription prices require the agreement or other legal basis required by applicable law; silence alone does not constitute acceptance. 6. Consumer withdrawal and remedies If you are a consumer, see the Withdrawal page for the 14-day withdrawal right, instructions and model form. You can exercise this right by email or post. We do not require you to waive it to create an account or buy credits. Starting to use the service alone is not treated as a waiver. Mandatory consumer rights for digital products, including conformity, necessary updates, rectification, price reduction and termination where applicable, are not limited by these terms. Contact us about a defect with enough information to investigate it. 7. Suspension and ending the relationship You may stop using Dashpop and request account closure at any time. Cancelling renewal, requesting erasure and exporting data are separate actions; an erasure request is reviewed and is not an immediate deletion or automatic billing cancellation. Contact us for help coordinating them. We may restrict access when necessary to address a material breach, a legal duty or an urgent security risk. Where practicable, we explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it before termination. We consider the seriousness and impact of the issue. You can ask us to review the decision. Rights to terminate for good cause remain unaffected. If we discontinue a paid service, we provide reasonable notice, an opportunity to export where feasible and a refund for prepaid service we will not supply. Statutory claims survive termination. Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy, including legally required retention. 8. Liability and governing law We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, guarantees we expressly assume and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence in an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this contract. An essential duty is one necessary for proper performance on which you may regularly rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer remedies. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the country of their habitual residence and their statutory rights to bring proceedings in competent courts. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers. If a clause is ineffective, statutory law applies in its place and the remainder continues where legally possible.
