Consumer withdrawal
Information for consumers about the right to withdraw from a distance contract with Flowpatrol UG (haftungsbeschränkt). This right is separate from stopping a subscription’s next renewal.

Withdraw from a contract — exercise your 14-day consumer right without signing in.
Use this function to withdraw from a distance contract you concluded with us. It needs your name, enough to identify the contract, and where we should send the acknowledgement. You do not have to give a reason.
You may also withdraw by email to contact@dashpop.com or by post; the withdrawal information and model form describe both. This is separate from ending a running subscription, which uses Verträge hier kündigen.
Right of withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, inform Flowpatrol UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenberger Str. 38, 06712 Schnaudertal, Deutschland, email contact@dashpop.com, of your decision through an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your declaration before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you under the contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur a fee for the reimbursement.
Dashpop does not obtain a waiver of your withdrawal right through its current account or checkout flow. Use of the service or credits alone does not waive that right. No proportionate service deduction is claimed without the legally required request and information. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
